This dessert is the closest thing you’ll get to cheesecake without all the added sugar! Its satisfyingly sweet flavor comes from the cinnamon graham cracker crust and 2/3 cup of honey in the filling. There were many variations of this bar online but I decided to leave out all the sugar and try something different. I was worried the bar wouldn’t have as “sturdy” of a hold but surprisingly, these bars held up great after baking and refrigerating.
As you’ll notice in the directions, I used a standard 8x8 square cake pan. I got about 16 decent sized bars out of this recipe! Feel free to double or triple the recipe because these bars will go fast! Give it a try and let me know your opinion in the comments below!

This amazing pasta dish takes just 5 ingredients, all of which you may already have in your kitchen. It’s a quick and easy dinner that will keep your family full and satisfied. Bacon and pesto turned out to be a spectacular flavor combination that I would highly recommend!
It's best to start off the recipe by chopping up the bacon into small pieces and frying it in a large skillet. The bacon will cook a lot quicker and more evenly this way. Once the bacon is cooked to crispy perfection, you MUST drain out all the extra grease otherwise the final product will be a bit too soggy. But I highly suggest you save that precious bacon grease in the fridge for future use. It'll work as a great flavor alternative for recipes that call for butter or oil.
I'm really not sure how this recipe came about. All I know is that I love pesto and I love bacon and somehow my brain decided to combine them into this mouth-watering meal.
