This dessert is the closest thing you’ll get to cheesecake without all the added sugar! Its satisfyingly sweet flavor comes from the cinnamon graham cracker crust and 1/3 cup of honey in the filling. There were many variations of this bar online but I decided to leave out all the sugar and try something different. I was worried the bar wouldn’t have as “sturdy” of a hold but surprisingly, these bars held up great after baking and refrigerating.
As you’ll notice in the directions, I used a smaller pan because I didn’t have enough cream cheese on hand at the moment. I still got 8 decent sized bars out of this recipe though! But if you’d like more, feel free to double the recipe and use an 8 x 8 baking pan instead. Give it a try and let me know your opinion in the comments below!
