This dessert is the closest thing you’ll get to cheesecake without all the added sugar! Its satisfyingly sweet flavor comes from the cinnamon graham cracker crust and 2/3 cup of honey in the filling. There were many variations of this bar online but I decided to leave out all the sugar and try something different. I was worried the bar wouldn’t have as “sturdy” of a hold but surprisingly, these bars held up great after baking and refrigerating.
As you’ll notice in the directions, I used a standard 8x8 square cake pan. I got about 16 decent sized bars out of this recipe! Feel free to double or triple the recipe because these bars will go fast! Give it a try and let me know your opinion in the comments below!
