Those who know me know that Toblerone is one of my favorite chocolates. And no, it’s not because the pyramid shape reminds me of my homeland. The chocolate bar is made with real milk chocolate mixed with honey and almond nougat pieces. It’s an amazing combination. Big thanks to Emil Baumann and Theodor Tobler for inventing it!
Naturally, I got A LOT of Toblerone for my 30th birthday I recently celebrated. Turning 30 makes you want to eat a lot of junk, so I went through quite a few bars before deciding to incorporate the remaining chocolate into a recipe. For these amazing cream cheese bars, I used honey instead of sugar to help compliment the Toblerone’s sweet honey flavor. Paired with the honey graham cracker crust, this dessert is a winner in my book! Full recipe ahead.
