No-Bake Toblerone Cheesecake Bars

No-Bake Toblerone Cheesecake Bars

Those who know me know that Toblerone is one of my favorite chocolates. And no, it’s not because the pyramid shape reminds me of my homeland. The chocolate bar is made with real milk chocolate mixed with honey and almond nougat pieces. It’s an amazing combination. Big thanks to Emil Baumann and Theodor Tobler for inventing it! They made way for me to come up with these decadent No-Bake Toblerone Cheesecake Bars!

Naturally, I got A LOT of Toblerone for my recent 30th birthday. Turning 30 makes you want to eat a lot of junk, so I went through quite a few bars before deciding to incorporate the remaining chocolate into a recipe. For these amazing cream cheese bars, I used honey instead of sugar to help compliment the Toblerone’s sweet honey flavor. Paired with the honey graham cracker crust, this dessert is a winner in my book! Full recipe ahead for these No-Bake Toblerone Cheesecake Bars!

This no-bake cheesecake uses honey instead of sugar to help compliment the Toblerone’s sweet honey flavor. Paired with a honey graham cracker crust, this dessert is a winner!

Ingredients

  • FOR CRUST
  • 9 graham crackers

  • 6 Tbs melted butter

  • FOR FILLING
  • 2 ½ bars of Toblerone (3.52 oz bars), divided

  • 4 Tbs butter

  • 8 oz cream cheese

  • 1/3 cup honey

  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions

  • Line just the bottom of a 9 x 5 loaf pan with parchment paper and grease the pan with oil all around
  • Grind graham crackers in a food processor or by putting them in a Ziploc bag and crushing with a rolling pin
  • Melt the 6 tablespoons butter in a microwave safe bowl. Add the crushed graham crackers and mix until well combined
  • Pour crust mix into the loaf pan. Spread evenly on the bottom of the pan and press firmly with back of spoon or your fingers
  • Next, place 2 of the Toblerone bars and 4 Tbs butter in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave in 30 second intervals until melted
  • Add the cream cheese, honey and vanilla to the bowl. Using a hand mixer, beat on low speed for a few minutes until well blended and smooth
  • Pour the filling over the crust and spread evenly
  • Cut the remaining ½ bar of Toblerone into small pieces and sprinkle on top of the cream cheese filling
  • Place in fridge for 2-4 hours (or in the freezer for quicker cool-down)
  • Cut into 8 even squares, serve and enjoy!
