Having a husband and mother-in-law who are part Polish has really opened up a whole new world of pierogies for me. I’d never even heard of pierogies before meeting my husband. But these little potato and cheese stuffed delicacies have become a big part of my life. There are so many different ways you can cook pierogies and so many options to choose from. This particular recipe was showed to me by my mother-in-law, Crissy. It’s buttery and full of savory breadcrumbs. It’s pretty much just an enhancement of an already delicious dish. Bonus: Only 4 ingredients and VERY easy to make!
