There’s that magical word again! Garlic. Anything garlic, I have to try of course. Steak and potatoes have a nice ring to them, but add that garlic in there and I’m sold. This recipe is pretty simple and uses only 6 ingredients which is a plus.
I took the route of splitting the mixture of potatoes and steak into 4 separate portions and wrapping them in foil. I had to bake them for about 45 minutes for the potatoes to be soft enough. The steak was still very tender and well cooked after that time. If you want to cut the bake time in half I would suggest boiling the potatoes on the stove top for about 5-10 minutes and then placing them in the oven with the steak. This will yield steak that is a little rarer and ensure the potatoes will be tender in half the time
This recipe has a lot of room for improvisation so feel free to try it out and add your own twists to it. Let me know in the comments your experiences!
