This is another one of my low-carb recipes I’ve been trying out. I am beyond happy that cheese fits into my low-carb diet because I can’t live without it and it makes everything better. This particular recipe uses three types of cheeses including ricotta, mozzarella and parmesan. Mixed with marinara, it’ll curb your lasagna cravings without all the carbs!
