Easy Greek Style Pasta Salad

Easy Greek Style Pasta Salad

This is my very own makeshift Easy Greek Style Pasta Salad. Yes, I used store bought Greek Dressing and I’m proud of it! When you’re looking for a quick and easy pasta recipe, ready-made dressings are your best friend. My go-to dressing usually consists of something creamy like the sauce I use in my Dill Pickle Pasta or my Cheese and Spinach Rigatoni. This time around I wanted a different kind of consistency. Greek dressing seemed like the way to go.

I will admit, for my first attempt at this salad I tried to make my own dressing, but it didn’t have quite the pizzazz I was looking for. I used lime, crushed garlic, olive oil, jalapeno mustard, garlic salt, black pepper, and red pepper. It sounds good on paper but for some reason it just didn’t have that Greek taste I was looking for. I’ll continue to work on it and let you guys know if I succeed. But for now, enjoy this super easy Greek Style Pasta Salad recipe that will satisfy your cravings in half the time.
